WebJan 3, 2024 · Hello, I'm still pretty new to everything but I have tried manually overclocking my cpu to 4.6ghz ratio at 1.275v the temps are very good for me so I stayed with these settings, now my problem is the clock speed is always 4.6ghz even when idle, I also have power plan at balanced with min processor state at 5% but it doesn't do anything.
