Should be automatically transferred to cargo as long as you have the cargo space for it. You can also transfer manually. That assumes you actually picked them up - the scarab only has 2 tons of cargo space.

WebSo basically you can store tritium in the storage space of the carrier. But you need a ship with a cargo hold to move the tritium into the fuel tank, because the interface only has two buttons: Transfer commodities to / from the storage space into the cargo of your ship. This is done from the Right Panel in your ship, Inventory tab at the top.
